Registration is FREE, there are no costs to participate in the Voices of Youth Events.
The event is open to:
- Any poet between the ages of 13-19.
- Participants do not need to live in the city of the preliminary.
- Registration is free. Participants are not asked to pay inorder to participate.
Additional Items
- As a public event, themes and language may be used that the parents of some students may object to. Notifying Parents of participating poets and gaining their acknowledgement shall be the responsibility of the poet. Please be prepared to provide a copy of this permission at the time you arrive for competition.
- Sponsors, hosting venues, Anthology, Inc. and VOY cannot be held responsible for actions, themes or language employed by persons not directly affiliated with those entities listed.
Each Preliminary is limited to 15 poets. You will receive a confirmation by email that you have been registered. Again, you do not need to live in the city you choose to read in.
