Position Overview
This person manages Anthology’s efforts regarding youth, be it through School visits, poetry slams, workshops or other activities that the person chooses.
Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate Anthology’s effort to reach youth with spoken word.
• Develop Youth oriented projects and events
• Coordinate and schedule school or organization visits for poets.
• Qualify poets as appropriate to perform or interact with Youth.
• Manage relationships with external persons including teachers, librarians and other organization representatives.
• Provide documentation for each event and submit raised funds.
• Create and manage an annual budget.
• Recognize and refer potential funders and fundraising opportunities to funding director

Additional Items

• Applicant should reside in the Phoenix metropolitan area, and be fairly available for meetings as needed.
