Anthology Poetry Calendar

The Home of the Anthology Poetry calendar.

Anthology, in August, 2011, launched the Anthology Poetry Calendar (APC). It's a simple, yet informative single sheet summary of the events that are happening in the greater Phoenix area, that we know about, for that given month.

Easy Access to What's Happening When

Broken out by both regular and one time events, anyone with an interest in finding poetry should have no trouble locating the nearest event

Opportunity to be Published

Additionally, the calendar offers an opportunity for a local poet to have one of their pieces published to a very wide audience.

A little critical discussion, anyone?

And, perhaps most exciting to those that are serious about verse, the calendar also features a column regarding some aspect of poetry, or poetry events, to another member of the local communty.

Wide Distribution

The calendar will go out through the community, through the events where poetry is happening, so that everyone across all of the valley will have the opportunity to support as many varied events as they can. The Calendar will also be available as a PDF file right here from the site, each month.

So, if you would like to make a donation to Anthology, and receive promotional consideration for doing so, we have a couple choices for you.

Haiki Ads

So, this is pretty self explanatory, for a $10 donation by hitting the Paypal button below, you can send us a Haiku with your message, whatever it be. If we have room in the next calendar, you are in. If that one is full, your message will appear in the next available issue.

Now, we do ovver one additional benefit, as you will see in the example below:

 In addition to the standard Haiku format of 5 syllables (line 1), 7 syllables (line 2), 5 syllables(line 3), we allow you to add a phone number or web address to a 4th line.

So, you can see how this is a fun way to support the arts in your community and be creative at the same time. Graphic ADS

So, if you already have a small advertisement made, and would like to receive promotional consideration on the calendar based on your donation, you are welcome to. A standard 2"x3" acknowledgement is made with a donation of $30. The Calendar is Black and White, unless enough money is donated to produce the calendar in color.

With this ad type, once your donation is made, we will send you the format information for the acknowledgement via email. If you need design help for your acknowledgement, a graphic designer from Brick Cave Media is available for a nominal fee.

When you are ready, a $30 donation is all it takes to get it done.
