Event Details

  • 2024 Festival Date: December 7, 2024 (one day)
  • Vending Hours: 10am-5pm
    • Vendors are REQUIRED to be set up until 5pm
    • Load in is scheduled by staff and sent in email prior to festival date
  • 2024 Registration Space Fee: $229
    • Space is 10'x10'
    • Space is assigned by Festival Staff
    • Vendor will need to bring all display and vending materials with them day of, including canopy, tables, chairs and other vending support materials
    • Space is NOT considered reserved until all fees are paid

Podcast and Media Scheduling
Podcasts Interviews will be accepted for scheduling UP UNTIL September 30, 2024. All Podcast Interviews will be scheduled between August 15, 2024 and October 15, 2024. All Podcasts will be released before November 22, 2024.

Promotional Social Media Post
Social Media posts will be posted to one network identified by the registrant as one they use in their registration.

Attendee Bag Insert
Attendee bag inserts may be promotional flyers up to 8.5"x11" in size. Promotional items may also constitute small trinkets, a pen, or other item that does not occupy too much space within the bag. Up to 500 bags are given away to attendees on arrival at no cost.

Program Advertisements
Vendors may opt for a promotional ad to be included in the physical day of program and PDF downloadable program offered to attendees. Programs contain schedules for the day and additional content. All Ads are supplied by the vendor. Program size is 5.5x8.5 inches. A half page ad should be 5.5x4.25 inches and the fill page ad should be 5.5x8.5 inches. Additional details will be send to the vendor after purchase.

Tax Info & Acknowledgements

Please submit your Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax ID. If you do not plan on selling items in your space, please enter 00-000000. Please know, the City of Mesa may contact you to verify your sales tax status.
