Hal C. F. Astell is a critic, author, publisher and film festival director who runs the Apocalypse Later Empire in Phoenix, AZ. He has nine books in print through Apocalypse Later Press amd the monthly Apocalypse Later Zine. Apocalypse Later Reviews celebrated its fifteenth anniversary in 2022.
