Beginning with the 2026 Mesa Book Festival, Anthology, Inc. is asking all vendors to submit a certificate of insurance during the registration process. Detrails below.
Exhibitors
All exhibitors must provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) demonstrating Commercial General Liability coverage with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. The certificate must remain valid through the dates of the Mesa Book Festival, December 5-6, 2026.
The certificate must list Anthology, Inc. as the Certificate Holder. Anthology, Inc., the Mesa Book Festival, and City of Mesa, must be listed as Additional Insured.
Food and Consumables
Vendors selling food or other consumable products must have Product Liability coverage. Vendors with employees must maintain Workers' Compensation insurance as required by Arizona law.
Certificates must be uploaded prior to approval of vendor registration.
